About the apartment : This is a very cozy and spacious apartment, very suitable for 3 people. It has natural light and lots of plants. It also has a patio with many plants and a balcony. The materials used in the furniture and the decoration with natural elements have been chosen to promote harmony and well-being at home. The apartment has one bathroom and one toilet, which are shared. The building has an elevator. About the bedrooms and the study room: The bedroom looks out onto a skylight courtyard full of plants, so they are ideal for resting, as there is no noise from cars. The study room is a common area equipped with desks and shelves. It looks out onto a courtyard full of plants. This is a very pleasant and quiet place to work or study. About the neighborhood: The apartment is located in the center of Sant Adrià de Besòs and it is very close to all kind of services (post office, pharmacy, several supermarkets, fruit shops, bakeries, gyms, a municipal market, the public library, the Town Hall, the public health center and the police office). In addition, on the last Saturday of every month there is a farmers market in which you can find their organic products, at the square right in front of the apartment. Very close to my apartment there is a square and a pedestrian street full of terraces where you can eat the daily menu or tapas. It is a very lively neighborhood. And a 2-minutes walk from my apartment there is the Besòs River Park, where you can go for a walk, jog, bike or a picnic. About the transport: My neighborhood is very well connected with various types of transportation that takes you to several neighborhoods in Barcelona: - metro: purple line L2 (Artigues/Sant Adrià stop) - tramway: T4 and T5 - train: RENFE R1 and RG1 - bus: B14, B20, B21, B23, M26, M30 and H10 - night bus: N2 and N6 - bike: AMBici Nowadays, there are 2 more flatmates. Both are very nice and respectful. So, the maximum number of people living in the apartment will be 3 in total. The vibes of the flat are very calm and well-being. About the rental price: The rental costs 550 € per month + shared expenses (water, electricity, wi-fi and gas). I also ask for a bail equivalent to 1 month's rent, in case the tenant causes any damage to the apartment. So, this last amount will be refunded to the tenant in case that the tenant has not caused any damage to the property. I speak Spanish, English, French and Catalan.
